Pricing Offer

Thank you for your interest in working with the State University of New York. At this time, we invite you to provide a pricing offer for consideration by individual SUNY Campuses. Pricing offers are not formal contracts; they are a mechanism for companies to provide SUNY campuses with consistent discounted, incentivized pricing. If your pricing offer is approved, SUNY System Administration will promote your pricing offer to all SUNY campuses. Campuses who wish to go forward with your product or service will work directly with you to execute a contract/license agreement following their specific campus procurement processes. Please be sure to review the Procurement Forms section of the site as it includes the forms and exhibits that are required for all state contracts.

By submitting your pricing offer, you acknowledge:

* That your company will provide products and services at the discounted rate submitted to all SUNY campuses

* That your company will provide free trial periods as indicated by your submission

* That you will work with each individual campus on their local procurement of your company’s products and services

* That you will be clear when working with campuses that your company does not have a contract with the State University of New York

Appropriate units within SUNY System Administration will review the materials submitted. When approved for release, the organizations will work with your company on various communications mechanisms to make campuses aware of the opportunities.
